Build dashboards, schedule reports, and configure alerts for your team

Beyond the standard analytics views, Pishoniq lets you build custom dashboards, schedule recurring reports, and configure alerts that fire when metrics shift.

Custom Dashboards

The Workspaces → Dashboards page lets you assemble any combination of charts into a single view:

  • Add charts from any of your projects
  • Mix event counts, funnels, retention, and AI insights
  • Share dashboards with teammates via a unique URL
  • Embed dashboards in other tools via iframe

Each dashboard is scoped to a project and environment, so your team can build dedicated views for different products or workflows.

Reports

Reports are scheduled snapshots of your dashboards, delivered by email or Slack:

  1. Open any dashboard.
  2. Click Share → Schedule report.
  3. Pick a cadence (daily, weekly, monthly).
  4. Choose recipients and channel.

Reports are useful for keeping leadership and stakeholders in the loop without requiring them to log in.

Alerts

Alerts fire when a metric crosses a threshold you define. Use them to catch:

  • Conversion drops — Notify the growth team if signup_completed falls 20% week-over-week.
  • Spikes — Alert on-call if a specific event volume exceeds a baseline.
  • Anomalies — Let Pishoniq's AI detect outliers automatically.

To create an alert:

  1. Go to Workspaces → Alerts.
  2. Click New alert.
  3. Choose a metric (event, funnel step, retention, or AI insight).
  4. Set the condition (greater than, less than, or "anomaly detected").
  5. Pick notification channels (in-app, email, Slack).

Alerts are evaluated every 15 minutes and include a link to the relevant chart and any related AI insight.

Permissions

Dashboards, reports, and alerts respect the same role-based access as the rest of Pishoniq:

  • Owner — Full access, can delete
  • Admin — Can create and edit, but not delete
  • Member — Can view shared dashboards
  • Viewer — Read-only access to assigned projects
